ProTrack (2021) is a powerful, customizable, user-friendly project management suite that allows you to sculpt functionality to your specific workflow. Every business is different. Why settle for cookie-cutter project management solutions when you can use a platform where you dictate who, what, when, where and why? Furthermore, we offer support in creating custom additions should there be some specific functionality that doesn't yet exist.

This large-scale application is being built using microservices architecture, relying on Docker, Kubernetes and Scaffold for container management and deployment and NATS Streaming Server for service-to-service communication. Code is written on the MERN+Redux stack. The test environment is being served via a Kubernetes cluster through Digital Oceanm. Many different APIs are being utilized, including but not limited to: Google oAuth2, Google Drive, Google Hangouts, Google Workspace email via nodemailer and Quickbooks for financial management.

Release is scheduled for mid- to late-2022

FlashSpark.io, home of FlashSpark Media. No templates here, just HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It runs on a NodeJS backend simply for the contact form endpoint. Hosted on a DigitalOcean Droplet.

DMD had recently launched a new product, but soon realized that their shipping processes currently in place didn't scale to fit this new product's needs. They came to me seeking a way to integrate round-trip shipping into ShipStation's API, and then allow end-users the ability to track their shipment both to them and then back to DMD. DMD's clients can also generate company-wide reports containing all users' shipments. Data from their sales system is imported into the application via CSV, then shipping labels for both directions are automatically generated and provided via PDF for easy printing.

This application was built on MERN+Redux stack with the following APIs: Google oAuth2, ShipStation, OpenCage, Outlook via nodemailer, UPS, and FedEx via delivery-tracker. It runs on a Ubuntu Linux instance hosted by Azure along with a local Mongo server instance.

Hawkins.png (2019-2021) is a photography editing business based in Los Angeles, California. Shawn came to me with a need for a way to streamline his process of onboarding new clients and providing editing services. At the time, everything was handled manually - catalogs were uploaded to Shawn's drive account, and project management was just simply email correspondence between Shawn and his clients and editors.

For Shawn, I created a project management and file-sharing application. Clients are taken through the project creation process where they pick package options and then upload their catalog as a zip file. Projects are then assigned to an editor and follow a life-cycle from editing to review, to approval and delivery. Email notifications are automatically sent to applicable parties at certain lifecycle waypoints. A newer feature has new project notifications being sent to Slack, where editors can claim unassigned projects through interaction with a bot. This application was built on MERN stack with the following APIs: Google Drive, Google Workspace email via nodemailer, and Slack. Hosting is provided via a Ubuntu Linux instance on a Vultr server. DB hosting is provided by Mongo Atlas.
